Leading a team? You may want to add “synchronizer” to your resume.

A recent The Atlantic article suggests that companies need to invent the “synchronizer” role to remain competitive and sane:

“This person would develop and constantly update a plan of who needs to be in the office, and on what days, and where they sit, and why they are there in the first place.”
