orld. We’ve got over 60 years combined experience in software production and are currently enjoying working on some top secret new VR projects. Not only do we develop software, apps and games for other people, we like to let ourselves run wild with internal projects too! Robot Sea Monster Games rose from the depths of The Bay in 2013 to bring you casual mobile games packed with fun and glistening with style. Today Robot Sea Monster's EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT is Eric Lindstrom. Eric has been part of RSM for quite some time now and we are thrilled to have him and the expertise he brings to our studio. Eric's an industry veteran of more than 30 years having actively designed and directed AAA games in most genres and platforms.

Here a just a few of his highlights:
• Directed Tomb Raider: Underworld, the fastest selling title in that franchise at the time
• Directed Live Ops and wrote for Nickelodeon's mobile game SpongeBob Moves In
• Directed Arthur Christmas: Elf Run, the #1 Kids App in the UK Apple Store upon release
• Directed F.A.S.T., one of the first successful F2P games on the iPhone
• Have shipped titles in most genres, from casual social mobile to hardcore console games
• Broad experience in designing mechanics, levels, puzzles, and user interfaces
• Equal emphasis on extending large existing franchises and creating new IP

As we walked the floor and listened to the keynote with CEO Jensen Huang it became clear that we are living in a world that is far more technologically advanced than we realize. It’s hard to believe this stuff is happening, but it is.

However, it was also validating. Robot Sea Monster Games, Nomic Studios, Inc., and Atomic Dirt are in fact on top of this technological wave. What we’re doing is cutting edge - helping to bridge the gap between the tech stack and humans.
