Some days I forget my why. Not in a dramatic way, just quietly somewhere between client calls and to-do lists.
So I made a list of the things that brings me back.
Quality time with people who love and support me. My community for women in wellness that I cherish so much. A sunset walk that would fill my soul. Volunteering my time for bigger causes. Past client’s love notes I reread when I need proof this matters. A journal page for the doubts, no judgement attached. Some flowers to celebrate how far I’ve come.
And underneath of it all:
Branding is a form of advocacy. It gives women in wellness the credibility and warmth to turn their own healing journey into work people can trust.
That’d the whole reason do this. Not the aesthetics, or the pretty color palettes, even though I love those too. It’s watching a woman takes what she healed from and turn it into something that helps someone else feel less alone in their own healing journey.
This work is bigger than me. Beyond the doubts, beyond the hardship.
Save this for the next time you get lost. What brings you back to your why?
