Training Day! 📝📊 We believe great service starts with a team that never stops learning.

Our technicians recently spent a day training together at the office, focusing on Service Calls and Analog & Audio. Avery led the team through Service Call training, while Luis covered Analog & Audio, including real-world applications, troubleshooting workflows, and Punch-Down Blocks.

Training days like these give our technicians the opportunity to strengthen their skills, work through real-world troubleshooting scenarios, and learn from one another. More than just developing technician skills, we value creating an environment where our team can ask questions, share knowledge, and continue growing together. Technology is constantly changing, and providing great service means continuing to learn alongside it. When our team grows, our customers benefit from stronger problem-solving, greater confidence, and better service. We're proud of our team that continues to learn, support one another, and grow together!

These past few weeks, our team has been in Memphis, Tennessee, working alongside our partners, Unified Communications, to install 14 integrated Microsoft Teams conference rooms for AAON. 👏🏼

It’s been great collaborating on a project that helps create seamless, connected meeting spaces. We’re proud of our team and grateful for the opportunity to be part of another installation!
