Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant (Procurement & Supply Chain)

Location: Watsonville, CA (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable (AP), and Inventory Management.



Provide expert-level functional knowledge in Supply Chain processes and Oracle Fusion best practices.



Lead 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement applications.



Develop and optimize SQL-based queries for data analysis and reporting.



Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.



Manage extensions and customizations within the Oracle Cloud framework.



Oversee multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines.



Mentor and manage project teams, ensuring adherence to SDLC methodologies.



Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.



8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst.



Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, AP, and Inventory.



Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle Cloud extensions.



Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).



Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage strategic client engagements.



Fluent English (written and verbal) at an advanced level.



Preferred Skills:

Experience in strategic project planning and client management.



Background in business process improvement within Supply Chain/Procurement.
