Become a Shareholder at: https://wefunder.com/solarroadwaysincorporated/ We started working on our project in 2006.

About Us:

Scott is an electrical engineer (MSEE) and Julie is a counselor (MA LCPC LMFT). Scott has worked in the engineering field for over 25 years and his main fields of expertise are in hardware, firmware, and software. It's been quite a journey taking our concept from a dream to where we are today!

Intelligent Infrustructure:

Solar Road Panels can make all of our walking and driving surfaces intelligent so that they can communicate with vehicles and people. The panels also communicate with one another and allow for valuable data collection.

This will usher in a whole new world with dynamic lines and signage, and heating elements for winter safety.

Are you ready for this infrastructure upgrade?

Did you know Solar Road Panels are hermetically sealed - very important for roads, parking lots etc in areas that are prone to flooding.

We kept these two panels underwater for five months with two little duckies and they just kept on working.

We didn't let a windy day stop us from voting early and in person.

American Solar Roadies: We hope you will all exercise your right to vote for the candidates of your choice.

We finish our series of posts about the safety benefits of Solar Roadways with the most obvious one: Environmental Protection.

We invented Solar Road Panels to help the planet and in the process realized how many other safety benefits there would be as well.

The potential for massive clean energy generation comes from the virtually unlimited number of walking and driving surfaces which can now be utilized for solar collection.

Solar Road Panels can help protect our planet while modernizing transportation with Intelligent Infrastructure.

California is the 10th state to pass "balcony solar" or "plug-in solar" legislation, joining Utah, Maine, Virginia, Colorado, Maryland, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, and New Jersey.

Our polling showed much interest in Solar Roadways creating a plug and play system for a few Solar Road Panels to be used in this way on Driveways, Decks, Entryways, Walkways or Balconies.

Yet another safety benefit of Solar Roadways:

Many of you will remember our viral Solar Freakin' Roadways video's iconic question, "Scared of hitting moose?"

This feature is the one that will alert you if there is a moose around a bend... or other large animals, a log, a boulder or a disabled car.

Intelligent Infrastructure will enable communication and traffic management options that have been heretofore impossible.

All of our Challenge Coins have now been shipped out to Shareholders.

We hope you love them as much as we loved designing them as a thank you for joining us.

If you believe you are entitled to one or more, allow a week for delivery, but if you still don't receive it, please let us know: [email protected].

Solar Road Panels will increase winter safety in snowy climates for both vehicles and pedestrians. Some have assumed that we have to set the temperature to be quite warm in order to prevent snow and ice accumulation. That will vary by climate, but in North Idaho we've been successfully keeping Solar Road Panels at 37 degrees, just a little above freezing.

How many lives can be saved and how many injuries can be prevented with this multi - featured Intelligent Infrastructure?

Continuing with our series on how Solar Roadways can increase safety:

The resilience that comes with a decentralized power source like Solar Roadways offers a level of safety that cannot be matched by centralized power, no matter if it's fossil fuels like a coal fired power station, nuclear site or clean energy sources like a giant solar array in the desert.

The 9 -11 anniversary reminded us all about how horrific a terrorist attack is - Solar Roadways cannot prevent such an attack but can help maintain the flow of energy so that an energy infrastructure attack does not plunge the country into darkness.

The applications for businesses and homeowners offer a way to move toward more energy independence during hurricanes and other disruptions.

Today, as we mark 25 years since the horrific attack on September 11th, we're spending some time watching footage of the many heroes from that fateful day. So many brave men and women showed themselves to be the best of us as they put others and our very nation before themselves. We honor them.

We're sending up prayers for family members left behind and those whose health was affected. We were able to visit the memorial a few years ago and what a solemn experience it is.
