Here's how to fix it:
1. Go to the start menu - type in Control Panel
2. Open Network and Internet settings in Control Panel -- or
Network and Sharing Center
3. Select Change Adapter Settings.
4. Right click your Network Adapter (the one that's connected) and select Properties.
5. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and then Properties.
6. Toggle Use the following DNS server addresses and type in two DNS addresses. -
7. 208.67.222.222 · 208.67.220.220 (OpenDNS)

If MAC - Like Me...
1. Apple Logo
2. System Preferences - then Network Preferences
3. Select your Connection
4. Advanced
5. DNS
6. + Sign
7. 208.67.222.222 · 208.67.220.220 (OpenDNS)
