Lumen completed their repairs last night around 11:00 pm and all services have been restored. All Prism customer equipment is now reporting as operational and online within our network. Please contact us if you continue to experience internet issues. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Update on service outage:

We have word from lumen that a power outage in Albuquerque has damaged some of their network equipment affecting multiple clients, including Prism in Madrid. They expect to have repair parts available sometime tomorrow on Thursday 12 February and will attempt to bring the network back up then.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to expedite the process. We are reliant on lumen and their fiber optic network.

Service outage this morning as of 7:10 am Wednesday 11 February:

The fiber optic internet feed coming into Madrid went down this morning a little after 7:00 am.

We have a diagnosis / repair call into our provider - Lumen; no info or estimated repair time yet.

I appreciate your patience and understanding as this one is totally out of our control.
