StarCraft Tabletop Miniatures Game is in stock, and we're playing here,

This Thursday and next we'll be hosting StarCraft Paint and Play. Come on in, paint some minis (not just StarCraft, but that'll be the emphasis), build some terrain, familiarlize yourself with the game, and most importantly have a good time.

Then, on Thursday September 17th, our 4-week StarCraft League begins. It'll be run like the KillTeam League: Accumulate points by playing, painting, being a good sport, all that sort of thing. We'll finish it all up on Saturday October 17th with a StarCraft Tournament. More info on that later.

One Piece Players,

Distribution hasn't sent me the Pirate Party stuff yet, so we'll need to cancel this week's event. We will be hosting it every week for the month once we get it in. We just gotta skip today. Sorry about that.
We'll be hosting our regular monthly One Piece tournament at our regular time though. Sign ups begin at 5:00 PM, round 1 begins at 6:00 PM. $5.00 entry, but you get $5.00 in store credit (cannot be used to enter another weekly event)

MtG Commander Players,

Saturday September 5th, we'll be hosting Heart of the Mountain, a casual Commander Format event from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

From the WotC website:
"Magic Presents: Heart of the Mountain is a casual Commander event that pits players against one another as they battle for control of the Heart of the Mountain, the legendary Arkenstone. The first player to deal combat damage to another becomes the first owner of the Arkenstone. Players may then claim the Arkenstone emblem for themselves by dealing combat damage to the owner, gaining bonuses while in possession of it—and also becoming the primary target at the table!

Each turn that a player controls the Arkenstone, during their upkeep phase they increase their ownership count by one (they do not lose this count if someone takes the Arkenstone from them). If a player's ownership count reaches three, they win the game.

Players receive the promo card [An Unexpected Party] for participating, while supplies last."

Starcraft stuff is on the way (Finally),
I hope to have it by tomorrow provided there are no glitches in the delivery Matrix. Once I have them, I'll let y'all know.

Then

Starting next week on Thursday, we'll be starting StarCraft Events. Every Thursday for the next 2 weeks, we'll be hosting Paint and Play events. We'll set a table aside so you can build and paint your minis and terrain, and we'll have the other table up and ready so you can get some gaming in.

Once we have a chance to build some minis, paint some terrain, and get some gaming on, we'll be hosting a 4 week league. More info on that, coming soon.

Yu-Gi-Oh! PLayers,

I have a reminder here as well as an addendum to the previous post,

On Sunday August 30th, we'll be hosting the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2026 OTS Celebration Event,

For your entry fee of $15.00 plus tax, you'll receive 3 World Championship 2026 booster packs. You may use store credit to enter this event, but no store credit will be issued. This will be a Swiss Style tournament, with the number of rounds determined by the number of participants. Round 1 begins at 2:00 PM. We will be using the current Advanced Forbidden and Limited List.

The winner as well as 1 random player that did not win will receive 1 Japanese language Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and 1 Polymerization. All participants will also receive an OTS Promo Pack.

This event will be held instead of our usual weekly locals, so plan accordingly. See you then

Killteam Players,

Today is week 4 of 4 of our league. You're still welcome to join us. Prize support will be given out to all attendees tonight: All store credit attained by entering the league will be doubled, provided the new credit is used for a GW purchase.

Then

This Saturday at 12:00 PM, we'll be hosting a Killteam Tournament. This will be a Swiss Round tournament, with seeding based on league standings, but you do not have to participate in the league to join us. $20.00 Entry, 3 round max. Yes, you may use your league play store credit to enter. Rounds will be 90 Minutes. Winner will recieve a Kill Team Unit of their choice (restrictions apply, see me for details).

We should be getting in our StarCraft preorders next week. So, why not put together a StarCraft League?

Starting on September 3rd, we'll be hosting Build and Battle events for two weeks. This should give people a chance to come in, pick up their stuff, assemble and paint their figures, get some terrain built, and play some games. Then, starting on September 17th, we'll begin a 4 week StarCraft League. This will be run in the same fashion as the Kill Team league, but I'll give more details when we get closer. Finally, we'll wrap up the league with a StarCraft Tournament on Saturday October 10th. Details coming in a future post.
