Eventene Eventene is the recurring coordination system for multi-location teams.

While volunteering for his son’s local Boy Scout troop, founder David Wood spent dozens of hours planning monthly campouts for scouts and parents. The logistical planning required too much manual effort, and he knew there had to be a more efficient way to streamline the process. Using his experience developing productivity software at Microsoft, David founded Eventene to tackle this challenge and

to build a generalized event planning system for small and medium sized businesses, organizations and associations. At Eventene, our mission is to streamline organizing and running events of all types, whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid.
