At Innovative Timber, our focus is to resolve constructibility issues early in the process. Full-scale computer modeling can be used in a number of ways to streamline construction, minimize waste and resolve design and construction issues. The integrated 3D model approach means that timber and steel components are modeled together, eliminating much of the coordination typically required of the sup

erintendent on complex jobs. Constructability issues are identified and resolved early in the modeling phase of a project and resolved before field work begins. Much of the redundancy of fabrication drawings and layout is eliminated with the use of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery. By exporting the 3D model directly into machine language for fabrication, components fit together precisely, minimizing risk of human error. SERVICES
