Hello to all of our friends, customers, and followers!

SR Tech has some BIG news...

🎉 WE'RE MOVING! 🎉

But, we're not going far!

Beginning July 1, SR Tech will be operating from our new location, less than a block away from our current building.

But here's the part we've been waiting to share...

We didn't just find a new space...we bought one! 🏢❤️

Chris Moore and I are incredibly excited (and still a little in disbelief) to announce that we bought our own commercial space right between Santa Rosa and Windsor. This is a huge milestone for our family and SR Tech, and it simply wouldn't have been possible without the trust and support of our amazing customers over the years.

Every repair, every referral, every recommendation, and every customer who has chosen to support a local business has helped make this dream a reality. We truly can't thank you enough.

While we're busy making the move, we'll be ready to serve our customers from our new location beginning July 1. As always, visits are by appointment, so if you have an upcoming appointment, we'll see you there!

We're looking forward to celebrating this exciting milestone with our community and hope to host a ribbon-cutting ceremony and parking lot celebration later this year. Stay tuned for more details!

There is a major Microsoft outage happening now.

We will monitor the situation and post updates when available.

Update 1: You can monitor services at https://downdetector.com/
Currently looks like it may be more than just Microsoft.

Update 2: "We've identified a portion of service infrastructure in North America that is not processing traffic as expected. We're working to restore the infrastructure to a healthy state to achieve recovery," Microsoft 365 Status said in a statement at 2:17 p.m. (EST)

Update 3: "A follow-up post at 4:14 p.m. ET said that the company has restored affected infrastructure and was directing traffic to other infrastructure to recover." - Have you started receiving emails yet?

Update 4: At the peak of the outage, more than 15,000 people reported Microsoft 365 outages at around 3:15 p.m. ET. But as of 8 p.m. ET, those reports have subsided to about 2,000. - full article here: https://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/2026/01/22/microsoft-outage-service-down/88305485007/

Update 5: 1/23/26 - The outage appears to have cleared and emails are flowing successfully to their destinations. Any backlogged emails should have come through, however, any emails sent that received a bounce back message will likely require resending.
