What is a “rack”?

Love seeing this gorgeous bathroom featured in Home & Design Magazine Suncoast. Behind the design, Wicked Smart Homes provided the Control4 integration, automated shades, lighting control, and whole-home technology panel—all designed to work seamlessly without taking away from the space.

It’s a perfect example of why we love collaborating with designers: the technology should enhance the way a home looks and lives, while quietly disappearing into the design.

I stopped by to check out the new 3D model of Mira Mar, and it’s exciting to see this iconic downtown Sarasota property coming to life. The vision blends the history of one of Sarasota’s most recognizable landmarks with modern luxury living in the heart of downtown. The redevelopment will restore the historic Mira Mar while introducing two new residential towers behind it, preserving its character while creating a new chapter for the property.

We love watching projects evolve from renderings and models to reality—and we can’t wait to see this one take shape.

WORKSITE WEDNESDAY with a view! 👷

This week, our team walked the project with interior designer Holly Logan, making sure every detail is coming together exactly as envisioned. From lighting and motorized shades to audio, technology, and the finishing touches, these walkthroughs give us the opportunity to fine-tune every element before the homeowner moves in.

The best part of what we do is working alongside talented builders, architects, designers, and trade partners from the very beginning through the final walkthrough. When everyone shares the same vision, the end result is a home that’s not only beautiful, but functions effortlessly.

It’s always exciting to see months of planning and teamwork come to life.
