We offer RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) through RemotePC. We also offer network security help with setting up a VPN such as Norton and NordVPN. We are able to manage WIFI and Switching such as managed switches, routers and Access Points(APs) through Ubiquiti. We are a remote and in person helpdesk company to help with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and device issues.
For small/medium business, we will agree on a simple contract with single monthly payments to ensure constant IT support for your business security and piece of mind.

We are now able to fully remote in to any laptop and desktop for remote support. This feature will make it easier and quicker to fix most issues with no waiting for an open date/time.
