We often hear, “My screen is under warranty, right?”

Here’s how it works:

✅ Our screen warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

That means if the screen has a defect due to the part itself, we’ll take care of it.

❌ The warranty does NOT cover:
• Cracked or shattered screens
• Damage from drops or impacts
• Water or liquid damage
• Pressure damage
• Any accidental or customer-caused damage

Just like a new phone from the manufacturer, no repair shop can warranty a screen against accidental damage or water damage.

We stand behind the quality of our parts and workmanship, but once a device is dropped or exposed to liquid, that’s considered a new incident—not a warranty issue.

I should not have to post this. This is common sense stuff. No repair shop on the planet can warranty your screen against damage you caused. It’s honestly insane that we have to explain this. Let’s use our heads and do better.

📱 iOS 26.6 Giving You Problems?

If your iPhone updated to iOS 26.6 and you’re experiencing bugs, battery drain, app issues, or other problems, we may be able to downgrade your device back to iOS 26.5.2 for just $40.

⏳ This option is only available for a limited time. Once Apple stops signing iOS 26.5.2, downgrading will no longer be possible. At that point, you’ll have to wait for Apple to release another software update to address the issues.
