This role is open to candidates residing in New York or Texas and is a great fit for someone who enjoys training clients, learning new technology, and working directly with clients to help them feel confident and supported.

You’ll lead training through webinars, video conferences, in-person sessions, and Transfinder University, while collaborating closely with our Client Project Management, Client Relations, and Support Services teams.

Location: Remote in NY or TX
Salary range: $62,500–$75,000
Experience: 2–4 years in 1:1 technical training
Travel: Some client-site and summit travel required

April has always been a special month for Transfinder. In April 2020, in the midst of COVID, Transfinder released what would become the industry-leading, award-winning Routefinder PLUS. It revolutionized the school transportation and changed us at Transfinder too.
Then, every year for the past five years, we held a PLUS Birthday Bash. (Who hold a birthday party for a product? Complete with birthday cake!). We featured clients who shared their amazing PLUS stories. (There are so many stories!).
Well, if PLUS were a person, he or she would now be in the first grade. We felt it was time to stop the birthday parties but never stop highlighting this amazing solution and how it has helped transportation departments from coast-to-coast build the safest routes, save money and time and reduce headaches.
