Chris not only leads our IT department at UNCOMN, but he also consistently shows up for his teammates and our community as a Deputy Lead. During an unexpected absence, Chris stepped in without hesitation to fulfill the Community of Practice Lead role, ensuring the community had the leadership and support it needed for as long as necessary.

His superpower may be “The Rock,” but don’t mistake steady for stone-cold. Chris leads with compassion, humility, and empathy. He is the kind of teammate who can be counted on, not just when things are going well, but especially when others need him most.
