Car club gear shouldn’t look like it came off the same shelf as everyone else’s. 🔥

This custom Badge Hat for Local Finesse was built from the layers up.

It starts with genuine leather hand-dyed black and laser-cut with a recessed opening for the brown ostrich-textured insert. The laser-engraved black-and-silver face adds the final dimension before the complete badge is mounted directly through the gray snapback using pressed black rivets.

If you could put one of your vehicles on the back of a custom jacket, which one would make the cut? 👇

For this California customer, the choice was their Lucid Air—combined with their love of coffee in this Lucid and Lattes design. ☕️⚡️

I originally designed the logo, then digitized the artwork into a stitch-ready embroidery file before stitching it in white across the back of the black jackets.

From the original artwork to the digitizing and final embroidery, the entire process was completed in-house at Eye Kandy Designs.

This club jacket was embroidered entirely black on black, combining bold filled lettering, pinstripe-style linework and 3D puff beneath to give the design its raised appearance.

From straight on, it keeps a clean, understated look. Catch it from an angle and all of the texture and dimension start to show.

My youngest might be more excited about embroidery than I am. 😂

He stopped to watch the machine while I finished these custom Hawaiian shirts for Steve at Scottsdale Window Tint across the street.

Each shirt received three coordinated details: a vehicle outline embroidered on the left sleeve, the DUB IR logo at the back of the neck, and Steve’s name embroidered onto a twill oval that I laser-cut in-house.

A little embroidery, a little laser work and one very enthusiastic quality-control inspector. 😎

This isn’t ordinary embroidery—and that isn’t leather. 👀

The back of this Dickies jacket was created for the Chicago chapter of Sunset, a worldwide car club.

The white ostrich-textured appliqué is actually automotive upholstery vinyl. After the machine sews an outline, I hand-cut the material around every part of the design. It is then tacked into position and finished with the red and white satin stitching that gives the logo its clean, dimensional edge.

Sunset members and members of the other clubs available through my website can customize their jackets by selecting their club, insert material and stitching colors.

One design. Three completely different Badge Hats. 🔥

Each badge starts with genuine leather that I hand-dye black. I then laser a recessed opening into the leather for the customer’s choice of specialty insert material.

A laser-engraved plastic top piece adds the finishing detail and dimension. Each hat is individually drilled on a drill press before the completed badge is permanently mounted through the hat using pressed rivets.

150 hats embroidered and ready for MBRP! 🧢

This order was completed on Pacific Headwear 110C snapback hats, featuring clean black embroidery against the heather gray front.
