NOTICE: A lightning strike from last night's storm has caused some damage to our Riverton tower, resulting in some areas being offline. Update: Damage was minor and the small area impacted was resolved with a tower climb ~90min after the post.

Industry FYI - AT&T appears to be experiencing service impairment, its known to be impacting SMS/MMS (third party carrier confirmed). We have also heard from some of our customers having calls and call termination and call dropped issues with some AT&T inbound/outbound calls this morning as well.

We reported two privacy and security issues with found in Ubiquiti networking products discovered during lab testing a SyncWave LLC in the last two days. One of them is a pretty big deal that should be urgently addressed security wise.

I'm pleased to say they have made it much easier to get a hold of someone in recent years. They understood the feedback and started running it up the chain internally right away. Pretty cool to see that from a large American owned and operated company with products widely used internationally. 🇺🇸
