Sometimes the smallest product enhancements create the biggest learning gains.

Adding a pause button to role-plays gives learners time to stop, assess, reflect, and plan their response. It puts them in control of the pace - reducing pressure while building confidence.

Individual improvements may produce modest gains. But continuous, data-driven improvements compound resulting in:
Less anxiety
Lower cognitive load
Less unproductive repetition
More deliberate practice

The result is a significant reduction in time to competence.

Watch out for learning platforms that lock you into subscriptions for their authoring tools. SCORM packages are often dependent on vendor proprietary code.

Inside large organizations there are thousands of training modules that still technically "work."

They launch and track completions. But changing them is another story. This is 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐭, the hidden cost of training that works today but can't adapt tomorrow.

Source files are missing. The vendor relationship ended. Tools changed. A simple update becomes a major rebuild.
