The start of the 2023 F1 season is almost here, with Bahrain raising the curtain once again! 🏎️

We've got you covered with a social media recap of the last championship to get you prepared for the 2023 season opener Bahrain Grand Prix this weekend.

💬 Drivers who ruled social in 2022
Red Bull’s Max Verstappen, Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton, and Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc were the top three drivers who ruled the online and social media conversations during 2022. Verstappen became the most mentioned driver 9 of the 22 races, while Hamilton managed to finish at the top of the social media podium 5 times, and Leclerc secured the most driver mentions on social media 4 times.

🏁 Four outlier races
Out of the 22 races, there were only four times, when not the Verstappen-Hamilton-Leclerc trio gained the most mentions on social. These outlier races were the Monaco Grand Prix, the British Grand Prix, the Singapore Grand Prix, and the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
