We’ve seen what happens when leadership is built on fear, power, and control. It’s fast, loud, and often leaves humanity behind.

The future calls for something else.
A way of leading rooted in presence, coherence, and truth.
Where feeling and action hold equal weight.
Where our humanity is the greatest strength we bring.

For me, that shift began the day I walked away from a 15-year corporate career that was slowly shrinking me. I didn’t have a map, just a deep “no” in my body and the willingness to follow the quiet “yes” toward something more aligned. That leap became a mirror, showing me every fear and belief I needed to transform… and the foundation for the work I do today.

This is why I’m so honored to be part of Resonance Rising - a gathering of 22 frequency-holders: leaders, healers, creatives, therapists, and visionaries who are building the future from the inside out.

It’s an invitation into a new energetic blueprint:

Resonance Rising is a free 7-day summit created by my friend .marrissarhodes -a brilliant therapist, intuitive, and guide -bringing together conversations from people who are doing the work to lead from a deeper, more human place.

I’ll be sharing a piece of my own path - the part where business, healing, and identity all intersect. Where leadership becomes less about performance and more about presence. Less about knowing it all and more about being willing to “remember” who you really are, and lead from that place.

I don’t watch the news.

Not because I don’t care…but because I do.

I care deeply about what’s happening in the world.

I just choose to feel it through the body, not filter it through the media spin.

I’m not here to debate or divide.
I’m not here to pretend I understand all the undercurrents of politics and power.

I just know what feels true.

And what feels true is this: people are hurting.
The world is changing. And a lot of it feels dark.

But how we respond to that darkness… that’s where our power lives.

We can numb out. We can pick sides.
We can throw more blame into the fire.

Or…we can get still.

We can return to the body.

We can ground into what’s good and true and life-giving.

Because hate doesn’t heal anything.
And reaction rarely creates real change.

But presence does.
Steadiness does.

The world doesn’t need more noise.
It needs more clarity.

More people who remember what home feels like, on the inside.

That’s why I share.

Not to be right. Not to win arguments.

But to speak from the heart, and remind you of your own.

You don’t have to know everything to be a force for healing.

You just have to stay close to what’s real. ♥️

What’s happening in the world right now is heartbreaking. It’s confusing. It’s heavy.
And it’s waking a lot of us up.

We’re are all feeling big things—grief, rage, despair, disorientation.

And while it might be tempting to shut it down or point fingers, I believe this moment is calling us into something deeper.

Something more honest.

Something that actually has the power to change things.

Because real change doesn’t start with more division. It starts with self-awareness.

With learning how to stay present in the discomfort.

With having the courage to look within, and to take responsibility for what we find there.

That inner shift matters.

It ripples outward—into our families, our communities, and eventually into the world.

This is how we start to change the paradigm.

Not just by speaking louder, but by listening more closely.

By remembering the truth of who we are.

And by daring to live from that place—even when it’s hard.

Today I’m here to share what’s on my heart.

Not to add noise, but to offer perspective.

To be a mirror, a companion, a reminder.

I hope I can add to this space for clarity, for connection, for something real.

Something different.

10 years.

A whole decade of being your mama.

And still, it takes my breath away.

How fast it went. How full it’s been.

I didn’t know I could love like this.

I didn’t know I could stretch this wide, feel this deeply, or stand this strong.

I didn’t know that through mothering you, I would meet parts of myself I never even knew were there.

You’ve been the mirror and the light.

You’ve called me into healing. Into softness. Into power.

I didn’t know I could do this.

But I did.

And I do.

Not perfectly—but fully. With my whole heart.

Loving you has taught me how to love me too.

And what a gift that is.

Being your mother is my greatest honor.

But being a boy mom feels like a sacred responsibility.

To teach you what it means to know your worth so deeply that nothing outside of you can shake it.

To love yourself with so much wholeness that you move through the world grounded, kind, and true.

To help you honor your boundaries, your voice, your you-ness.

Because when you know yourself—truly—you’ll know how to love others the same way.

With reverence. With respect. With real, rooted compassion.

All of you matters.

The joyful parts. The wild parts. The tender, sad, unsure parts.

They are all you. And they are all worthy of love.

You don’t have to be anything other than who you are.

That’s your magic. That’s your gift.

And I know, deep in my bones, that you are here to do great things.

But for now, I’m just soaking in this moment.

The sweetness of ten years. The awe of this journey.

The quiet knowing that you chose me—and I’d choose you a thousand times over.

There’s always so much magic inside each of us just waiting to be birthed. Inspiration and magic happens when you slow down for long enough to let it.

My latest piece - “Be the Magic” came through for me when I was camping with my family a few weeks ago. I always bring my paints along with me because I am the most quiet, still, and at peace when I’m in nature.

I wasn’t sure what this was going to be, and I really didn’t think it was very good at first (Swipe through to see the progression and you’ll understand why) But I knew something was there waiting to be emerged.

I brought the piece home, added a few more elements, put the piece down for a couple of weeks when life got busy, then picked it back yesterday afternoon and finally completed it.

I could feel that this piece was created through me but was meant for my niece who turns 25 years old tomorrow. This sweet girl is stepping into owning her feminine so beautifully and with so much grace, and I wanted to gift her with something to honor her becoming 🤍

In the end, I love how it came out. I mean, there are a lot of things that I might change about it. But then again, there is so much beauty in the imperfection. And I’m here for it.
