Mac Daddy Repairs Sebastopol's very own Mac and iPhone repair shop. We fix all types of iDevices, provide training and data recovery services & also make house calls!

What do we do? Basically, we fix broken stuff. We also teach people how to get the most out of their Apple (and other) tech products. We specialize in Macintosh and iPhones, but can do just about anything computer-ish, and typically serve users in Sebastopol and the unincorporated areas of West Sonoma County (but are not opposed to travel, if you are paying...) Why do we do it? We know most folks

in Sebastopol and the West County area do not have the time or inclination to take their equipment to Apple for needed repairs or upgrades, or trust that other repair facilities will do the job correctly. How do we do it? The owner of this repair shop has 15+ years both in customer service and IT experience supporting and repairing Apple-based hardware and software, and is an expert in the field of data protection and recovery. What else do we do? We also provide training classes and other modes of education (webinars, blogs, tech articles, etc.) for new Mac and iPhone users via the Sebastopol Community Center, and soon at the Santa Rosa Junior College and on the Internet. Additionally, if you want to get a website online, we can help with all of that from registering your domain name, to setting up a site and getting your email address configured. Services offered:

~~Network troubleshooting and repair done by Cisco certified technicians (CCNA).
~~Training for new Mac and iPhone users either at your location or at Mac Daddy HQ in downtown Sebastopol.
~~Data recovery and restoration done by professional data recovery engineers (former DriveSavers Data Recovery engineers).
~~Web hosting, consulting and domain name registration.
~~Free mac computer and iPhone e-Waste removal for older devices.
~~Trade ins/Buy backs for iPhones, iPads and iPods as well as other mobile devices and Apple computers.

Mac Daddy Repairs is working with Computer Recycling Center this Earth Day!

We are asking for donations of Laptops, Desktops, and old phones from April 12th - April 23rd during regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 12 to 6.

One reason for our partnership is because we know how much technology is harming our beautiful Mother Earth. That is why we pride ourselves on repairing instead of replacing!

Technology that gets thrown away in the regular trash it can end up in the landfill. Technology contains harmful, non-biodegradable parts. These parts get absorbed by Mother Earth herself.

We know that not all technology can be repaired as the years go on, so that's why we put our foot forward in recycling!

A great partner we've found for recycling our technology waste is Computer Recycling Center of Sonoma County.

CRC prides themselves on using what gets donated for repairs and then they take care of recycling the material to be used through companies of production. This way we are not continuously mining the Earth for her precious metals.

CRC repairs devices and donates them, free of charge, to various organizations working with Youth, Veterans, & Women.

We appreciate what they do and are happy to support them!

Hey there Sonoma County!

As we continue into these times of still working from home and getting the greatest use out of our technology than ever before, some of you may notice that your device isn't at its peak performance and you may be looking at the new latest and "greatest" device to replace yours!

We and the planet would like you to keep in mind the impact that comes with your purchase and to think of how many other people may be doing the same thing.

Now, we might be a little biased in this department, but we think looking at a repair for your device could potentially be a better option.
