What do we do? Basically, we fix broken stuff. We also teach people how to get the most out of their Apple (and other) tech products. We specialize in Macintosh and iPhones, but can do just about anything computer-ish, and typically serve users in Sebastopol and the unincorporated areas of West Sonoma County (but are not opposed to travel, if you are paying...) Why do we do it? We know most folks
in Sebastopol and the West County area do not have the time or inclination to take their equipment to Apple for needed repairs or upgrades, or trust that other repair facilities will do the job correctly. How do we do it? The owner of this repair shop has 15+ years both in customer service and IT experience supporting and repairing Apple-based hardware and software, and is an expert in the field of data protection and recovery. What else do we do? We also provide training classes and other modes of education (webinars, blogs, tech articles, etc.) for new Mac and iPhone users via the Sebastopol Community Center, and soon at the Santa Rosa Junior College and on the Internet.
