Watch out for scam popups and messages! Just this week, we've seen a big jump in neighbors coming in after their devices got hacked.

Here's how it happens: you see a popup or text claiming your device is infected, telling you to "call this number right now." Don't click it. The popup itself usually isn't a virus, but clicking the link or calling the number connects you with a scammer who can take control of your device.

So if you get one of these, don't panic and don't call the number on the screen. Just close the tab or ignore the message. And if you're ever worried, bring in your device or give us a call. Even if you just want to know whether something looks legit, we're always glad to help!

Most people know us for our store in West Sedona, but a lot of what we do actually happens around town, right at our customers' homes. And these home service calls have quietly become some of our favorite work.

There's something about helping someone in their own home, on their own schedule, that just feels right. Not everyone can make it to the shop, and they shouldn't have to, especially our neighbors who aren't as mobile or who just have a lot going on.

Big day at the MacClinic!

Congratulations to Chase on completing his first solo MacBook repair.

Chase joined our team a few months ago and has been learning the craft from the ground up. On Thursday, he completed a MacBook repair from diagnosis to finish, entirely on his own!
