The Wi-Fi went down with guests on the way. The owner lives out of state. So does the property manager.

Last month a Sedona vacation rental found its internet completely dead, right as guests were arriving. The cause: the home's Starlink dish had taken severe storm damage and quit.

That same night, on the first call, we had a hotspot running so the guests had working internet. The next day we were on the roof, in the middle of a Sedona July, replacing the dish. The house was fully back online for the rest of the stay.

That is the whole service in one story. A local person who answers, a fix the same night, and hands on the roof the next day, for owners who cannot be here themselves.
