Long hours away from home. Physical exhaustion. The pressure of keeping a crew safe and a job on schedule. That stuff adds up. And most people just push through it alone.

We're here to say: checking in on yourself isn't soft. It's part of the job.

A worker who's running on empty is a liability to their crew. You maintain your equipment. You watch out for your crew. Watch out for yourself too.
