🚨 Scrutinize the content:
Be wary of urgent or threatening language, generic greetings, and requests for sensitive information like passwords or credit card numbers. Hover over links (do not click on them) to verify the real destination, avoid unexpected attachments (especially .zip or .exe files), and note poor spelling or grammar.

🚨 Use protective measures:
Enable multi-factor authentication, keep spam filters on, regularly update software, and report phishing emails to your provider or organizations like the Anti-Phishing Working Group.
