The customer experienced overheating issues after independently replacing the water pump on their 5.7 Volvo. We discovered that the lower unit had a blockage caused by the old impeller. Upon further inspection, we identified water in the oil, which necessitated the replacement of the manifolds and risers, along with new boots. Additionally, a comprehensive service tune-up was performed, successfully preventing the engine from seizing.
