This holiday season we have a lot to be thankful for, most of all our wonderful community. Please remember to stay present and aware despite all of the distractions available today. Below are a few digital tips for travelers this season:

* Don't use cords, chargers, or USB devices you find laying around. If you need to charge with a public charger, look for wireless chargers instead where possible.
* Turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when you don't need them.
* Never trust texts from unknown numbers claiming to be someone you know. Calling someone you know on a known phone number to verify anything is the safest bet.
* Use a card generation service like Privacy.com to avoid using your bank cards. Generated cards can be one-use or set limits on who and what can be charged.
* Use credit cards when traveling rather than bank cards - most credit cards have traveler protection which you can verify by calling your provider.

CRITICAL UPDATE: If you use an iPad, iPhone Apple Watch, or Mac, please update immediately to the latest version.

Two vulnerabilities have been identified that allow an attacker to compromise devices via iMessage without user interaction. Please update to the latest versions of watchOS, iOS, and MacOS for all Apple devices as soon as possible.

Exploits are currently mitigated by versions: 16.6.1+ for iOS, 9.6.2+ for watchOS, and 13.5.2+ for MacOS Ventura
