Atlantis Tech is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to manage communication and relationships with US-based healthcare clients in our medical billing operations.

โœ” Client communication & follow-ups
โœ” Coordination with Billing, AR & Credentialing teams
โœ” AR reports & performance updates
โœ” Handling escalations professionally
โœ” HIPAA compliance & CRM management

โœ” Knowledge of US Medical Billing (RCM)
โœ” Strong English communication
โœ” Client handling & problem-solving skills
โœ” CRM & MS Excel familiarity
