Ditch the paper statement and sign up for e-bill and SAVE $1.59 (bill generation fee). With an e-bill you will receive your bill on the FIRST business day of the month to your email instead of waiting for your statement to travel through the mail (when you never know when you will receive it).
If you choose e-bill AND you add auto payment you will SAVE MORE! A $5 credit will be added to your account when you have an e-bill (no paper statement) AND you let the autopayment pull monthly.

We've had some wild weather the past couple of days, and it looks like it won't slow down.
Lightning can strike and ruin equipment even in your home. Make sure that all your devices and equipment are protected.

SMTA provides protection plans starting at $4.95 a month (one year contract). Our protection plans cover SMTAs equipment if it happens to get struck by lightning and fried. ONT's, router rentals, set top (cable) boxes, ect. It also protects against service call fees. (Those pesky $8-$58 fees that get added to your bill for us coming out to your home for troubles.)
Our protection plans DO NOT cover, cut fiber lines or customer purchased equipment.

The Hicksville Office parking lot at 115 Antwerp Dr Hicksville OH is now open to drive on!

To get to the Hicksville Office today, you can park across the street at St. Michaels Catholic Church and walk over, or if you wanted to give us a call before you stop in, we would be able to meet you behind the office off of Fountain St.
Our parking lot was sealed yesterday, so it can be walked on, just not driven on.
Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.
