Yes, Culinary Club will continue at Queen of Apostle School! With the school numbers stronger and higher than the past, the club will be growing as well.
Thank you for looking at my crazy looking list! When many schools are removing cooking programs, we added it our school! Two years ago we started this class and quickly had a waiting list of students. Students loved learning not only how to make food, but also the history of these foods.
In past classes, the menu included pierogi, homemade chicken noodle soup, cheese making, chili, beef Bolognese, humus, lasagna, salads, and lets not forget desserts!
At the end of the year, students had a good start to the making of their own personalized cookbooks. We did run into issues of not having enough equipment, most came from my own home.
Queen of Apostles School is a non-profit Title 1 school. Any purchase would be greatly appreciated. Bon Appétit!
