BREAKING NEWS! A revised 340B rebate model pilot is moving forward.

HRSA has released a new notice outlining a potential January 1, 2027 launch for approved manufacturer rebate plans involving certain Medicare-negotiated drugs.

For covered entities, the change could have significant implications for cash flow, claims submission, reconciliation and operational readiness.
