We’ve seen an increasing number of customers, especially seniors, falling victim to online scams and fake virus alerts. These scams often pop up suddenly, saying your computer is infected or asking you to call a number for support. Don’t fall for it!

Here are a few quick tips to help spot a scam:

🔹 Legit companies will NEVER call you out of the blue or ask for remote access.
🔹 Pop-ups that claim you have a virus are usually fake. If you’re unsure, shut the computer down and bring it to us.
🔹 Look closely at website URLs. Fake ones might have odd spellings or extra characters.
