Be aware of phone scams. AT&T and Microsoft will never call you and say they see you have issues with your computer. They will say for a certain price they can connect to you and fix your problems. Don't give them your credit card info. They target the elderly mostly and it's sad because most give in to them.

To all my customers. Please do not give out your credit card or allow anyone who calls claiming to be from Microsoft access to your computer. It is a scam.
