Hello iPhixd Family!

We had a bit of a Glitch with Google this past week, which caused us to be marked as "permanently Closed" on google maps, and also removed all of our reviews! We're working with google to restore our listing, as this was an issue on googles end of things, and not ours. But since we are, at the moment, unfindable on web searches, you can imagine what this has done to our small, locally owned business! especially in a needs-based market, where you don't really know we're there till you need us!

So I just wanted to put out a PSA to all of our amazing customers, that we are still here! We are not closed, we are still here to fix all of your broken cell phones, laptops, and tablets! Give us a call, or come by and see us!

As you all know, iPhixd is a family owned and operated business! We have our 18 month old twin girls Lennon and Emery here with us every day, and many of you have become like family to all four of us! (And our dog, Luna, too!)
We will be closed tomorrow, Thursday October 15th, because Lennon is having surgery on both eyes at Primary children’s. We appreciate all of our customers so much, and we hope that you will understand and excuse our absence for the day! We will be back on Friday to make sure that you are all taken care of before the weekend!
Please send Lennon all of your happy thoughts tomorrow!

Due to COVID-19, We are temporarily Shortening our business hours, but we are STILL OPEN!

Monday-Friday, 10 am-4 pm.

As of right now, We are still open for our normal business hours, but we completely understand that many people are practicing social distancing/self quarantine, and so we are now offering pick up and drop off services for your devices for all customers in the area!
If you have a device that needs fixed, give us a call. We will ask you a few questions about the device (what the model/model number is, what the damage is, etc) and arrange a time and place to pick up your device so that we can repair it. If you would like "touchless pick up" please let us know. We will text or call you when we arrive to pick up your device, you can set the device in a pre arranged place outside your door, and then once you are back inside your house we will come to the door to collect the device. We will bring the device back to our store, repair it, call you for payment over the phone, and then arrange a drop off for it! you don't even have to leave your house!
We have always been very careful about sanitation procedures in our store, but In light of COVID-19, We are practicing even stricter sanitation. We are making sure each and every device is properly sanitized both before and after the repair, and we are doing everything we can to keep our store safe for all customers.
We appreciate you so much for supporting small local businesses! As many of you know, iPhixd is a family owned business, and this is a very scary and uncertain time for many small businesses. Our family appreciates your continued support more than you can imagine!
