Latest custom build finished and up and running. Built a Trunas server to be a media/file storage server.

Another computer brought back to life. Computer was stuck in a failed update loop and would not boot.

I recovered all the user data and reloaded windows 11. Ran all security updates and patches. Upgraded the ram from 8 to 16GB.

Another happy customer. Upgraded him to windows 11, upgraded to 24gb of ram. Ran all updates.

Replaced the old mechanical hard drive with an ssd. Upgraded the ram from 8gb to 24gb. Reloaded windows 11 and ran all updates.

Customer calls stating she is getting a blue screen error and computer won't boot up. After trying a few things I pull the hard drive and plug it up to the dock and immediately here it ticking. Bad hard drive. If you listen to the video you can here the hard drive ticking..

Upgraded/swapped clients PC from one case to a new/smaller case. The white case is massive compared to the black case. I still need to do windows updates and make sure the device drivers are up to date but I had to show off this new case compared to the old one.

Another happy customer. Customer messaged stating what was going and sent this video. I diagnosed as a hard drive issue just based of what was discussed and the video.

He mention he had a different tech guy recently work on it who replaced the hard drive and loaded windows but nothing else no updates or device drivers were loaded. Customer stated with the new/used drive the computer was moving extremely slow. Previous tech guy put a used mechanical hard drive in it vs a SSD.

I replaced the hard drive with a 1TB SSD. Loaded windows 10 along with all the windows updates. I also loaded all the device drivers as well as making sure they are up to date with the latest release. I flashed the bios to the latest version. After everything was up.tp date I was able to enable the TPM chip so windows 11 can be installed.
