Breaking your phone is never a pleasant experience, but after breaking his phone twice in one year Brian found his options to get it promptly repaired locally to be limited. Being an entrepreneur and experienced businessman Brian decided to open up PhoneSmart to offer a fast and reliable repair option to residents of Tuolumne County. Brian then went searching for someone with the technical experience and same desire to help people to bring his dream to fruition. Derek was introduced to Brian by a mutual friend who he had done computer repair for. Through the experiences of friends and family Derek had learned there was a lack of experienced computer repair with a sincere desire to help the consumer. Derek had been passionate about working with and learning about computers since a young age. Eager to share this passion with others needing help with technology, Derek took the opportunity to work as the owner operator of PhoneSmart and expand it to include computer repair and service as well. If we can diagnose the problem, we will give you a free estimate so that you can know the cost before we get to work. We really know our stuff and this experience shows in the quality and speed of our work. Many repairs can be done same day, while you wait.
