2nd grade students of DAS showcased their creativity and innovation by creating robot projects using recycled materials. Students used items such as cardboard, bottles, cans, and other reusable materials to design unique robots while learning the importance of recycling and environmental responsibility. It was a fun and engaging project that encouraged teamwork, imagination, and hands-on learning.

High School Students of Darul Arqam School participated in a frog dissection lab where they explored and learned about the anatomy of a frog. Through this hands-on science experience, students gained a deeper understanding of the anatomy process and how living organisms function. It was an engaging and educational opportunity that brought science to life in the classroom by our Science Department.

Our DAS Kindergarten, Pre School, and Pre K students recently had the opportunity to explore the life cycle of a butterfly, gaining insight into the process of metamorphosis. From the introduction of tiny caterpillars into the classroom, students meticulously observed their growth into larger caterpillars, the formation of chrysalises, and ultimately, the emergence of beautiful butterflies. This hands-on experience provided a tangible and engaging method of scientific education. During the release of the butterflies at a local park, the Kindergarten class experienced a mix of emotions - happiness and a hint of sadness.
Throughout this educational journey, students also created projects that showcased their understanding of the transformation process, and the accompanying photos highlight their experiences.

Students from Das Elementary school thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Turtle Back Zoo; despite the rain, they had a great time.

Our DAS students had an amazing time on their school trip to Turtle Back Zoo! They enjoyed the beautiful weather while exploring so many incredible animals—from farm favorites to fascinating zoo wildlife.
The reptile house was a big hit, and getting the chance to touch the stingrays was an unforgettable experience!
It was truly a fun and educational trip filled with excitement, discovery, and lots of smiles. A day to remember for everyone!
