What Do You Guys Think?
This is one of the ads we are running right now with our roofing offer.
The idea behind this ad just like with any ad is 3 things:
1. Speak to 1 audience
I didn't just want to be in an office talking to roofers because everybody is doing that. So although I am not a roofer myself I got the roofing gear, grabbed a ladder, and climbed to a place that would be familiar to a roofer. Why? So that it would grab the attention of a roofer.
2. Say it & Show it
Often times you'll see ads online of people telling you all about how awesome they are and what they can do for you, and the ad is just them talking. When you say something, your ad becomes that much stronger if you can show it. Why? You remember in elementary school when the teacher would read with you and have you say the words out loud while looking at a picture of what the word is communicating? That's because our brains develop stronger connections in our memory when we add multiple senses to a new thing.
3. Communicate Benefits Not Features
You don't sell a phone in an ad by just talking about its size and speed. If I wanted you to know how great my new phone's camera quality is, I'll show you images shot with the phone of all of the things my target audience might be using the phone to take pictures of. Why? Value is determined by the audience. If you understand what the benefit of an amazing phone is to that person, you can speak to them on a deeper level than 99% of other businesses.
Right now this ad is giving me a 1.82% Click-Through-Rate (CTR) | 10.00% Conversion Rate (CVR) | and a $35.14 Cost Per Lead (CPL)
