This is not your Govee or JellyFish install.

This is high end IP68 rated RGBW LED tape installed in 30 degree aluminum track, custom cut and fitted around every eave of the home.

Every angle, every roofline, every transition, and every section was planned, cut, mounted, powered, and controlled with precision.

This project took weeks of work, lifts, detailed layout, thousands of watts of available power, and a lot of patience to get the final result right.

And here is the wild part.

These photos were taken with the system running at only 7 percent output.

The goal was not just to make the house bright. The goal was to make the architecture stand out, keep the installation clean, and create a lighting system that can shift from elegant everyday scenes to bold holiday looks without looking like an afterthought.

High end lighting should feel intentional. Clean during the day. Powerful at night. Built to last.

The stone, the mirrors, the cabinetry, the ceiling detail, and the warm glow all have to work together. When lighting is planned correctly, it does more than brighten the room. It gives the materials depth, shows off the texture, and turns a bathroom into a finished architectural space.

These floating stairs were designed with warm 3000K lighting tucked into the details, creating a clean glow that highlights the wood, the structure, and the space around it without overpowering the room.

This is the difference between adding lights and designing lighting.

This LG 83-inch G6 television is the star of the show.

Mounted beside it are Bang & Olufsen speakers, precisely placed to frame the display without fighting the architecture.

It may look simple, which is usually the point. The part people do not see is the planning behind it.

That is large-format tile, a perfectly flat TV, and speakers that had to land exactly where they belonged. No guessing. No “we’ll figure it out later.” That nonsense is how pretty walls become expensive problems.

When we are involved from the blueprint stage, we can plan the structure, wiring, layout, speaker placement, display height, and finish details before drywall and tile ever go up.

The result is clean, balanced, and magazine quality.

This is what happens when AV and design are planned together from conception to final walkthrough.

Lighting is not just about brightness. It is about control, comfort, and creating the right feeling at the right time.

In this bedroom, we layered the ceiling cove lighting to do two very different jobs.

The front edge of the cove uses recessed forward facing tunable white LEDs. That allows the room to shift from crisp, functional white light during the day to a warmer, softer tone in the evening, helping the space feel more natural as the day winds down.

The upper cove uses RGBW tunable lighting to create indirect color, soft ambient glow, or a dramatic visual moment when the room calls for it. Late at night, it can become a low level indirect light source instead of blasting the room with overhead lighting like an interrogation scene, because apparently comfort still matters.

This is where lighting design becomes more than fixtures. It becomes architecture, mood, and daily function built into the home.

This living room features a 115-inch TCL television paired with a Leon soundbar built to the exact height and width of the display for a seamless, architectural fit. Recessed into a custom niche and finished completely flush with the opening, the result is a look that feels more like luxury design than exposed technology.

Lutron Ketra lighting sets the mood, while Control4 and Josh AI make the experience effortless to control.

When the technology is designed correctly, it does not compete with the room. It completes it.
