It actually took the IT Department years to convince the TX SOS that when email is hidden it’s actually saving tax dollars $$$. A lot of dollars $$$$. I commend them, but it takes so many years to convince the executives. They hate that this makes them look corrupt, but JUST use it back them as INTENT. That’s how they treat the public. It goes both ways!!
