Baylin Technologies has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kaelus. We anticipate closing in a few months, pending regulatory and public market approvals.

💥 This week, we reached a very special milestone for Kaelus! 💥

Here’s a proud glimpse of our incredible team from around the world.

Six years ago, following the 23rd of October 2019 acquisition, we embarked on a remarkable journey.

The acquisition laid the foundation for Kaelus’s expanded expertise and innovative portfolio. In early 2020, we took another big step by welcoming the skilled Filtronic telecom antenna operations team and adding base station antenna development to our portfolio.

Since then, we've grown, learned, and continued to push innovation in mobile technology solutions even further.

Huge thanks to our amazing team, partners, and customers who've been with us every step of the way. Here’s to many more great years ahead! 🙌

We've grown from a Swedish telecom company to a global leader in antenna systems, RF conditioning, and PIM test & measurement solutions. Along the way, we've made some amazing friends and partners who have helped us achieve our goals.

Five years ago today, we welcomed Kaelus into our family, marking the start of an exciting journey. Shortly thereafter, we expanded our portfolio by acquiring Filtronic’s telecom antenna operations (with an impressive legacy from Allgon), adding Base Station Antennas to our offerings. In early 2021, we proudly rebranded to Kaelus, unifying our identity and vision. Since then, we’ve grown stronger together, thanks to the talented employees who joined us, bringing their exceptional engineering skills, world-class manufacturing operations, and strategic relationships with some of the world’s largest telecom operators.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to focus on innovative antenna solutions. Our vision is to set a new standard of excellence in Antenna System performance for 5G and beyond, empowering the connected society of tomorrow.

We are excited to announce that our Swedish site have moved to larger premises! 🎉 Our antenna business is growing rapidly, and we have outgrown our old space. We look forward to continuing our growth and development in our new location.

Our Development Lab, Service Center and Warehousing are now located at Enhagsslingan 1B, while our HQ functions and Research and Development are located at Enhagsslingan 2, in Täby, Stockholm, Sweden.
