EVCO hard at work these last three weeks to wrap up schools before they start up again. We cannot thank our staff enough for all of their help this season to get these jobs done. And a huge thank you to our customers for allowing us to be apart of your projects.

EVCO is wrapping up an entire interior office remodel as well as we just finished getting a new sign out front to match our new logo!

Our featured project for this week is Benefis Hospital located in Great Falls Montana.

EVCO spent six-months prior to installation meeting with each department, learning of their needs, assessing technologies, and designing an integrated solution for the entire hospital facility that could be supported and maintained by in-house staff. That solution being the Rauland Responder 5.

Featuring our Lewis & Clark High School project for Spokane Public Schools includes renovations to existing classrooms and a new two-story complex, including a cafeteria, commons area and nine new classrooms. A skywalk over Howard Street connects the new building to the rest of the historic high school, built in 1912. EVCO installed a variety of different systems that all integrate together, for seamless use.

Radio and Intercom have been around for awhile but with new technology we are able to put them together into one system to increase communication and security. Read more on how a school district in Farmington, used Radio-to-Intercom bridge to do this. This allows for schools to have immediate and direct messaging in the case of an emergency.

A communications specialist with the Farmington, N.M., police proposed the idea to install a Radio-to-Intercom Bridge after a nearby 2017 school shooting.
