ETA: If you need my date of birth, 7/10/1984
As many of you know, I’ve been living with polycystic kidney disease, a hereditary condition that has been a challenge but one I’ve managed over the years. Now, my health has reached a point where I need a kidney transplant to continue living a full life and being there for my two amazing children.
I’m sharing this because I need your help to find a living kidney donor. It's a lot to ask, more than a lot, and I know it’s not a decision to be taken lightly. But I’ve learned that becoming a living donor is a far less invasive process than many imagine. Living kidney donors typically recover quickly, and statistics show they can live just as long and healthily with one kidney as they would with two. In fact, living donors can often resume their everyday lives within weeks.
If you, or someone you know, might be willing to consider this gift, I would be forever grateful. Sharing this message or spreading the word is just as powerful.

Also, Jolene Davidson Crouch generously donated her kidney to my dad when he was in need, and she still works with the living donor community. If you have any questions about the process, she would be happy to answer them.
Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and your support.
