You will be locating utilities and steering the bore head for the bore operator.
Job Description
This is a utility locator / on a directional bore team, we are seeking to fill asap. Must have knowledge of utilities and prior experience as a locator. You will start your day at our Tontitown location. Position will require white lining projects for a utility company, calling in locates, permitting, meeting utilities on site and other. Pay per experience. This is an apprentice position to lean how to run a bore machine. We can train the right person.
Requirments
• Must have a good DL and a very clean driving record.
• Must be older than 24 to be covered on our insurance.
• Must be self motivated, this is a fast paced job.
• Must be able to multitask several projects at one time.
• Must perform good housekeeping techniques and maintain the equipment/vehicle assigned to you in proper condition.
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures of OSHA, contractors, state, local and the company and able to secure work site, equipment and materials at the end of each day to ensure public safety as well as the safety of equipment and materials. We can train the right person. Must have a very clean driving record.
Principal Duties
• Position will pre-inspect jobsites and helping bore crew.
• Some Excel work, work with bore operator
• Responsible for finding utilities and work with bore team to pull and clean up.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Path Utility Construction, is looking for an experienced bore locator and operator. We specialize in telecommunication construction.

Principal Duties

Install remove or maintain underground utilities as directed, using a Vermeer drill rig. Installing fiber optic lines. Load material or equipment for transport from office to job site and secure as appropriate. Communication via videos and emails. Follow directions of supervisor for completion of work.

Requirements
Locating experience.
Valid US Drivers license,
Must have prior work experience operating a directional bore machine around utility lines.
Work independently under minimal supervision
Must lead, communicate, and work well with others.
Must follow all safety policies and procedures of OSHA, contractors, state, local and the company.
Must perform good maintenance techniques and maintain the equipment/vehicle assigned to you in proper condition.

Clean & prepare construction sites as needed or when directed.
Load & unload materials or equipment on-site.
