At approximately 4:30am this morning, 3 perpetrators broke into and stole tools and supplies out of 4 of our trucks in our parking lot. I have attached still pictures we took from our security camera videos and will add a list of the items stolen a little later in the comments. We are asking the citizenry of Springfield to help us introduce the 3 people responsible, to the Springfield Police Department. As you will see, the truck is (estimated to be) a 2011 Ford Ranger, gray or silver in color, with a black bed and License Plate 1629732. The female suspect (with a black shirt and shiny gold PUMA) and the kid (with notable footwear) appear to have been more concerned with their faces being seen, whereas the driver and possible ring-leader was not as careful. Please contact the Springfield Police Department at 217-788-8345 (Report -36600) if you have any information on the vehicle, the people involved, or any of our tools attempting to be sold. The tools were all marked with AmeriCALL or with ACC, in numerous areas of the tools and ladder. Thanks in advance for any assistance provided!

06/29/18: One of the carriers Comcast uses is experiencing an outage, so some customers are having difficulty with VOIP phones and some internet usage nationwide. We have not yet received an expected resolution time.

Because we know your time is precious, we don't post anything that may not apply to you, but we do post items we think may help or inform you of something you need to know. Many of our customers in Central Illinois are getting their phone systems hacked from overseas sources (who then make thousands of dollars worth of long distance phone calls through your account) - please make sure your receptionist has a good password on her voicemail box, and although we are not in the computer network business, we want to also tell you that many of our customers are getting ransomeware on their computer networks - please make sure you have adequate backups of your computer systems because these new viruses have no solution and it is a nightmare trying to get your business back to a functioning status once you have been hacked.
