Exciting news to share from the trenches of Salesforce data management! The Lodestone Group is currently wrapping up a project with one of the leading suppliers of commercial pump equipment in the U.S.

They reached out to us, frustrated after years of battling a persistent issue: duplicate records were being created every time a company made more than one purchase through their online storefront. While doing their best, it was a daunting task to manually clean up - and that's where we stepped in.

Our team took a comprehensive look at the problem and developed an effective, tailored strategy. No new duplicates are cluttering up their instance, and now we are correcting years of historical data. We've created a specialized toolset to help us work way more efficiently, and by the end of this month they'll see a major transformation take place in their database!

Today was an incredible day for The Lodestone Group ! We had the honor of training the executive sales team at a 75 year old employee-owned company we've been proud to partner with for a couple of years now.

We recently helped them transition to Salesforce's tool (formerly known as High Velocity Sales). This tool has transformative potential, creating powerful cadences for business development, but also for account management, new client onboarding, and SO much more. It was so much fun watching the team brainstorm all the interesting and unique ways they could put this technology into action to benefit them. Their decision to invest in this transition is a testament to their commitment to growth and innovation.

Training sessions like these are about more than just learning a new tool. They're about understanding how to maximize the potential of technology to drive business results. And when we talk about business results, we're talking about significant numbers.
