[GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY] Supporting the Run & Remember 5K 💙🏃‍♀️

Community involvement has always been an important part of who we are at Positronic. Each year, we are proud to support organizations that make a meaningful impact, including The Lost & Found Grief Center in Springfield, MO.

The Lost & Found Grief Center provides help, hope, and healing through professional grief support services at no cost to individuals and families in our community. Their work is made possible through the support of volunteers, donors, sponsors, and community partners, and we’re honored to play a small part in that mission.

One of their signature fundraising events is the annual Run & Remember 5K and one-mile walk. More than just a race, it’s an opportunity for people to come together, honor loved ones they have lost, and support one another through shared experiences.

Despite rainy weather, this year’s event saw record-breaking attendance. We’re grateful to the Positronic employees and family members who participated, represented our company, and helped support such an important cause.

[ANOTHER YEAR OF VOLUNTEERING] Supporting the Food Bank in Auch 🤝💙

At the end of May, Positronic Europe employees volunteered at the annual food drive organized by the Food Bank in Auch.

Working in pairs throughout the afternoon, our volunteers took turns approaching customers and collecting donations for people in need. Thanks to their dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment, many essential items were gathered to support local families.

Beyond the donations collected, the day was a meaningful moment of solidarity and community spirit, one that we are proud to support year after year.

A big thank you to our dedicated employees for their participation, as well as to the Food Bank for organizing this important event.

[UNE NOUVELLE ANNÉE DE BÉNÉVOLAT] Soutenir la Banque Alimentaire à Auch 🤝💙

Fin mai, collaborateurs de Positronic Europe ont participé à la collecte annuelle organisée par la Banque Alimentaire d’Auch.

Répartis en binômes tout au long de l’après-midi, nos bénévoles se sont relayés pour sensibiliser les clients et recueillir des dons destinés aux personnes dans le besoin. Grâce à leur engagement, leur enthousiasme et leur implication, de nombreux produits de première nécessité ont pu être collectés au profit des familles locales.

Au-delà des dons recueillis, cette journée a été un moment fort de solidarité et d’esprit communautaire, une initiative que nous sommes fiers de soutenir année après année.

Un grand merci à nos collaborateurs pour leur participation, ainsi qu’à la Banque Alimentaire pour l’organisation de cet événement important.

🌟 [A CAREER OF IMPACT] Honoring Gen Carvel

After a distinguished career in accounting and finance, we congratulate Gen Carvel, Positronic Global Controller, on her retirement.

Gen joined Positronic in 2015 as Corporate Accounting Manager, advancing to Director of Finance in 2017 and later to Controller in 2021. Throughout her tenure, she has been a trusted leadership partner whose impact extended well beyond finance.

Her steady guidance, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence helped steer Positronic through key milestones and continued growth. Gen will be greatly missed, and we are grateful for her many contributions.

We recently celebrated Gen at an office luncheon, where Positronic General Manager Jay Sandidge led a lighthearted roast and colleagues shared favorite memories. She was also presented with a few keepsakes to remember her team and time at Positronic.

Please join us in wishing Gen all the best in a well-earned retirement filled with new opportunities, family, and relaxation!

🎭 [GIVING BACK] Supporting Our Local Arts Community

Last month, Positronic Americas was proud to be the presenting sponsor of "Seussical The Musical" at Springfield Little Theatre.

Employees and their families joined us for an afternoon in the magical Jungle of Nool, following the story of Horton the Elephant and his friend Jojo. It was a great opportunity to come together outside of work and enjoy a fun, family-friendly experience.

🌍 [GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT] Amphenol EMEA Meeting – Dubrovnik

Recently, our sales team traveled to Dubrovnik, Croatia to attend the Amphenol EMEA meeting, bringing together partners across the Adriatic region.

During the event, Antonin (BDM) and Clément (FAE) presented Positronic and showcased our products and solutions. With over 100 participants and strong distributor representation, the meeting provided an excellent opportunity to connect, share insights, and strengthen relationships.

[SAFETY FIRST] Fire Fighting Training at Positronic Asia

At Positronic Asia, safety is a top priority. Recently, our Fire Fighting Team members participated in hands-on training led by our Workplace Safety & Health Officer, Rick.

The session covered essential fire safety procedures, including the proper use of fire extinguishers and water hose reels, followed by live demonstrations to reinforce best practices.

Regular training like this ensures our team is prepared to respond quickly and effectively, helping maintain a safe and secure workplace for everyone.

🌧️ [COMMUNITY & CULTURE] April at Positronic Americas

April brought plenty of rainy days, and even more smiles across our Springfield facility. The season also gave us a chance to spread that positivity beyond our walls and into the community.

Our HR team got into the spring spirit early by delivering Easter eggs filled with candy and a few fun surprises, including Cardinals tickets and PTO prizes. A small gesture that made a big impact on our team.

Moments like these help make Positronic a great place to work.

[CELEBRATING OUR TEAM] Employee Appreciation Day at Positronic

Last month, Positronic Americas celebrated National Employee Appreciation Day by recognizing the incredible individuals who make our teams strong. Leadership believes every employee brings unique strengths and plays an important role in building high-performing teams across the organization.

To mark the occasion, we hosted Xurros, the Churro food truck, on site and made sure every employee had the chance to enjoy a sweet treat of their choice. Sugar-free options were also available so everyone could participate.

It was a small but meaningful way to say thank you to our amazing team for their dedication, talent, and daily contributions.

[BUILDING WELL-BEING TOGETHER] Strengthening Quality of Work Life 🤝✨

At Positronic, well-being at work is something we build together. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing quality of life and working conditions, Positronic France launched a participatory QVCT initiative to give employees a direct voice in shaping their workplace experience.

Following our internal “Choose My Company” survey, two key themes emerged: the satisfaction of a job well done, together, and creating a company where it’s truly good to work. Through workshops led by an external partner, employees collaborated to develop 22 concrete actions, which were presented in February and put to a company-wide vote.

The next step is the formation of a dedicated QVCT team to review the results and implement priority actions, ensuring this initiative continues to make Positronic an even better place to work.

[CONSTRUIRE LE BIEN-ÊTRE ENSEMBLE] Renforcer la qualité de vie au travail 🤝✨

Pour continuer à améliorer la qualité de vie et les conditions de travail de ses collaborateurs, Positronic a lancé une démarche QVCT participative.

Après le lancement d'une enquête interne "Choose My Company", deux grandes thématiques ont été identifiées :
• Le goût du travail bien fait, ensemble
• Une entreprise où il fait bon vivre

Des ateliers animés par un cabinet externe ont permis aux salariés de co-construire 22 actions concrètes, présentées lors de la restitution finale le 6 février et soumises au vote des collaborateurs.

👉 Prochaine étape : la constitution d’une équipe dédiée à la QVCT qui sera en charge d’analyser les votes et mettre en œuvre les actions prioritaires pour faire vivre cette démarche sur le long terme et continuer à faire de Positronic un lieu où il fait bon travailler.
