[GOOD FOOD, GREAT COMPANY] A Look Back at Our Annual Picnic ☀️

Last month, Positronic Europe employees gathered on the lawn at our facility in France for our traditional annual picnic.

The afternoon was filled with laughter, relaxation, and plenty of team spirit in a warm atmosphere—in every sense of the word! Even with temperatures reaching 95°F, everyone enjoyed the opportunity to connect and spend time together.

Les Frères Poulet returned to serve their delicious braised chicken, while the ice cream provided a refreshing and much-appreciated treat in the summer heat.

A big thank you to everyone who participated, brought such positive energy, and helped organize this memorable gathering. One thing is certain: no matter the temperature, the Positronic spirit is always strong!

We’re looking forward to another great picnic next year.

[BONNE CUISINE, EXCELLENTE COMPAGNIE] Retour sur notre pique-nique annuel ☀️

Le mois dernier, les collaborateurs de Positronic Europe se sont réunis sur la pelouse de notre site en France à l'occasion de notre traditionnel pique-nique annuel.

L'après-midi a été placée sous le signe de la convivialité, de la détente et de l'esprit d'équipe, dans une ambiance chaleureuse... à tous les sens du terme ! Malgré des températures avoisinant les 35 °C, chacun a pleinement profité de ce moment privilégié pour échanger et partager un agréable moment ensemble.

Les Frères Poulet étaient de retour pour nous régaler avec leur délicieux poulet braisé, tandis que les glaces ont offert une pause rafraîchissante particulièrement appréciée sous le soleil estival.

Un grand merci à toutes les personnes qui ont participé, apporté leur bonne humeur et contribué à l'organisation de ce beau moment de convivialité. Une chose est sûre : quelle que soit la température, l'esprit Positronic est toujours au rendez-vous !

Nous avons déjà hâte de nous retrouver l'année prochaine pour une nouvelle édition de notre pique-nique annuel.

[CELEBRATING 250 YEARS] A Star-Spangled Employee Competition 🇺🇸🎆

Happy 250th birthday, USA!

Each year, Positronic Americas has a BLAST celebrating Independence Day with a friendly employee competition and fireworks bundle giveaway. To mark America’s 250th birthday, we wanted to go big!

We filled a giant festive pitcher with red, white, and blue peanut M&M’S and challenged employees to guess how many were inside. Erin Nelson won the grand prize with an impressive guess that was only five away from the actual total!

Erin and nine of her coworkers took home some exciting fireworks bundles, arriving last month just in time to celebrate the holiday with family and friends.

[BUILDING STRONGER PARTNERSHIPS] Two Days. One Team. A Lot of Energy. ⚡

Recently, Positronic Europe welcomed more than 30 representatives from our distribution partners to our facility in Auch, France, for a two-day training session.

The agenda included our company culture, our products, and open conversations about how we can grow our businesses together. The event was focused and professional, with plenty of opportunities to connect and have fun along the way.

The seminar concluded in true team spirit with a memorable pétanque tournament and a football match that brought our guests and factory team together. Moments like these demonstrate that strong business relationships are built both in the meeting room and through shared experiences.

A special thank you to everyone who made the event possible and to the distributor partners who traveled to Auch to join us.

[RENFORCER NOS PARTENARIATS] Deux jours. Une équipe. Une énergie incroyable. ⚡

Récemment, Positronic Europe a accueilli plus de 30 représentants de ses partenaires de distribution sur son site d'Auch, en France, pour une session de formation de deux jours.

Au programme : notre culture d’entreprise, nos produits et des échanges ouverts sur la manière de développer ensemble nos activités. Un événement sérieux et professionnel, ponctué de nombreux moments de convivialité et de partage.

Le séminaire s’est terminé dans un véritable esprit d’équipe, avec un mémorable tournoi de pétanque et un match de football réunissant nos invités et l’ensemble de l’équipe du site. Ces moments démontrent que les relations professionnelles solides se construisent aussi bien en salle de réunion qu’à travers les expériences partagées.

[INVESTING IN THE NEXT GENERATION] Welcoming Our Summer Interns 🌟

In keeping with our “Agile & Collaborative” values, Positronic believes in investing in the next generation and fostering growth within our community. Each summer, we welcome a new group of interns and provide them with meaningful, real-world experience in their chosen fields.

Over the past several weeks, seven new interns have learned their way around the Missouri building, connected with their leaders, and immersed themselves in their individual assignments.

One of the most anticipated events of the summer is our Sitewide Scavenger Hunt. The interns raced to uncover interesting facts about our business, including the name of the ghost at the Campbell facility. Those in the know will remember Gertrude!

At Positronic Asia, we know that some of the best moments happen when colleagues come together outside of their daily routines. Recently, our team enjoyed a special bento lunch, creating an opportunity to connect, recharge, and spend time together.

From meal preparation and distribution to gathering in the pantry to enjoy lunch as a team, the event was filled with conversation, laughter, and appreciation for one another's contributions.

The lunch also marked an important milestone as our first team-wide celebration of the year, bringing employees together and reinforcing the strong sense of community that defines our workplace culture.

[GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY] Supporting the Run & Remember 5K 💙🏃‍♀️

Community involvement has always been an important part of who we are at Positronic. Each year, we are proud to support organizations that make a meaningful impact, including The Lost & Found Grief Center in Springfield, MO.

The Lost & Found Grief Center provides help, hope, and healing through professional grief support services at no cost to individuals and families in our community. Their work is made possible through the support of volunteers, donors, sponsors, and community partners, and we’re honored to play a small part in that mission.

One of their signature fundraising events is the annual Run & Remember 5K and one-mile walk. More than just a race, it’s an opportunity for people to come together, honor loved ones they have lost, and support one another through shared experiences.

Despite rainy weather, this year’s event saw record-breaking attendance. We’re grateful to the Positronic employees and family members who participated, represented our company, and helped support such an important cause.

[ANOTHER YEAR OF VOLUNTEERING] Supporting the Food Bank in Auch 🤝💙

At the end of May, Positronic Europe employees volunteered at the annual food drive organized by the Food Bank in Auch.

Working in pairs throughout the afternoon, our volunteers took turns approaching customers and collecting donations for people in need. Thanks to their dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment, many essential items were gathered to support local families.

Beyond the donations collected, the day was a meaningful moment of solidarity and community spirit, one that we are proud to support year after year.

A big thank you to our dedicated employees for their participation, as well as to the Food Bank for organizing this important event.

[UNE NOUVELLE ANNÉE DE BÉNÉVOLAT] Soutenir la Banque Alimentaire à Auch 🤝💙

Fin mai, collaborateurs de Positronic Europe ont participé à la collecte annuelle organisée par la Banque Alimentaire d’Auch.

Répartis en binômes tout au long de l’après-midi, nos bénévoles se sont relayés pour sensibiliser les clients et recueillir des dons destinés aux personnes dans le besoin. Grâce à leur engagement, leur enthousiasme et leur implication, de nombreux produits de première nécessité ont pu être collectés au profit des familles locales.

Au-delà des dons recueillis, cette journée a été un moment fort de solidarité et d’esprit communautaire, une initiative que nous sommes fiers de soutenir année après année.

🌟 [A CAREER OF IMPACT] Honoring Gen Carvel

After a distinguished career in accounting and finance, we congratulate Gen Carvel, Positronic Global Controller, on her retirement.

Gen joined Positronic in 2015 as Corporate Accounting Manager, advancing to Director of Finance in 2017 and later to Controller in 2021. Throughout her tenure, she has been a trusted leadership partner whose impact extended well beyond finance.

Her steady guidance, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence helped steer Positronic through key milestones and continued growth. Gen will be greatly missed, and we are grateful for her many contributions.

We recently celebrated Gen at an office luncheon, where Positronic General Manager Jay Sandidge led a lighthearted roast and colleagues shared favorite memories. She was also presented with a few keepsakes to remember her team and time at Positronic.

Please join us in wishing Gen all the best in a well-earned retirement filled with new opportunities, family, and relaxation!

🎭 [GIVING BACK] Supporting Our Local Arts Community

Last month, Positronic Americas was proud to be the presenting sponsor of "Seussical The Musical" at Springfield Little Theatre.

Employees and their families joined us for an afternoon in the magical Jungle of Nool, following the story of Horton the Elephant and his friend Jojo. It was a great opportunity to come together outside of work and enjoy a fun, family-friendly experience.
