Pulling Back the Curtain: Meet Chris 🧑‍🚒

Hey! I'm Chris, an Information Systems Technician at WNY Consulting. Outside of helping people solve their day-to-day tech problems, I also volunteer with the East Otto Fire Company 🚒. Helping others is one of my greatest passions, and being able to make a difference both at work and in my community means a lot to me.

In my free time, I enjoy playing board games and video games with friends and family, bowling in a league 🎳, programming fun side projects, and exploring new hiking trails! 🥾

Pulling Back the Curtain: Meet John 💪

Let me talk to ya
I’m John the self-proclaimed unicorn 🦄 of field installs. I fly solo most days so I can be fast and efficient.

For the past 557 days, I have installed over 10 miles of cable and countless pieces of network equipment. From just running additional data drops to complete demos and fresh starts, I do it all here and I LOVE IT!!!

The best part of my job is making my own schedule and holding myself accountable for deadlines and efficiency. There’s nothing more satisfying than calling the boss and saying I’m done way before anyone thought I would be. Plus, the challenge of getting some of these data drops to places no one thought I could is worth all the trouble to see the look on a customer’s face.

When I am not working you can find me on my back patio, spending time with the fish 🐟 or my dog, watching some kind of reality tv or any sporting event. To say I am an avid fan of WWE wrestling would be an understatement. I LOVE IT!!!! I also truly enjoy being a grandpa and spending time with my granddaughter Aubree.

Fun fact: To me the early bird gets the worm 🪱 so the earlier I can get to work the better. I love my 3:30am to 12pm shifts. They are my favorite. YEAH!!!!

Pulling Back the Curtain: Meet Kaitlyn 🦸‍♀️

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn, WNY Consulting Group’s IT Operations & Support Specialist! I’ve been with WNYCG for a little over a year, and if you’re wondering what I do around here…the answer is a little bit of everything.

Marketing? Yep. Customer communication? Yep. Billing, inventory, ordering equipment, checking in deliveries, keeping projects organized, and whatever random thing pops up that day? Also me!

I’ve also become the person everyone asks when they can’t find something. Need a cable? A box? That thing we ordered three weeks ago? Chances are, I know exactly where it is. 😂
Basically, if something needs to get done—or found—behind the scenes, there’s a pretty good chance I’m involved.

I enjoy keeping things organized and moving so our technicians can focus on taking care of our clients.

And apparently, I don’t believe in slowing down after work either. You’ll usually find me cheering on my kids at wrestling tournaments 🤼 and cheer competitions 🎀, planning a fundraiser, working on some kind of project 🛠, or spending time with my family.

Pulling Back the Curtain: Meet Chase 🎃

I’m Chase, an Information Systems Technician at WNY Consulting Group. I help our clients with pretty much anything IT throws their way—from everyday tech issues to Microsoft 365, networking, servers, phone systems, and other IT projects.

One of my favorite things about IT is figuring out why something isn’t working (especially when it should be 😂). I like tracking down the problem, finding what’s actually causing it, and coming up with a solution that fixes it without making things more complicated than they need to be.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with friends and family, cooking 🔥, tackling a project around the house, or getting outside.

Pulling Back the Curtain: Meet Brianna 🧜‍♀️

👋 Hi, I’m Brianna, WNY Consulting Group’s IT Projects & Operations Specialist!

For the past 6 years, I’ve helped keep our business organized and day-to-day operations running smoothly. That means keeping projects on track, coordinating our technicians to make sure tickets are answered and handled, and, of course, taking care of whatever random task comes up next.

While I like to joke that my favorite part of the job is telling Jeremy what to do, I really enjoy keeping projects organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, coaching youth cheerleading 📣, reading 📚, or working in my gardens.

As for a fun fact? I claim I’m “not fun,” 😤 but between IT, cheerleading, kids, and gardening, I may just be too busy to prove otherwise.

Hi, I'm Jeremy, Senior Technician at WNY Consulting Group! I've been with the team for 7 years, and during that time I've had the opportunity to assist our technicians, help clients solve all kinds of IT challenges, and lead a variety of projects and assignments.

What I enjoy most about working here is the people. I get to work alongside a great group of coworkers every day, and that's what makes the job rewarding.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me in the gym clanging and banging 🏋️‍♂️, trying out something new in the kitchen, or watching a good movie.

Fun fact: Around here, I like to joke that I'm the GOAT 🐐 in my field—but I'll let my coworkers and clients be the judges of that.

Hi, I’m Mike, owner of WNY Consulting Group! Owning an IT company means wearing a lot of hats, but I’m still very much a hands-on tech guy. Whether I’m troubleshooting a stubborn problem, planning a project, or helping clients recognize the latest cybersecurity tricks, I enjoy figuring out how things work—and how to make them work better.

One of the best parts of my job is working alongside a team that cares about our clients and each other. Technology is what we do, but the people are what make it worthwhile.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my family, downhill mountain biking, riding dirt bikes, or skiing. Apparently, my idea of relaxing involves a helmet and going down a mountain. ⛷️🚵
