WNY Consulting Group is a growing IT Consulting company looking to hire a motivated individual. Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot IT related issues (networking, workstation, server, etc.)
Install and maintain hardware.
Work with clients to understand and assess issues.
Provide detailed documentation of work performed and IT processes.
Installation and termination of networking cable.
Work with outside vendors to install and maintain hardware and software.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in similar role.
Understanding of IP based networks.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
Well versed with Windows OS.
Virtualization and MS Exchange experience
Experience independently installing, upgrading, and maintaining computer networks including server/host hardware and software and network cabling
Must currently reside in the Buffalo, NY region
